RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our goal at Natural CBD Plus is To Insure our Customers with the most quality products. However, in Some cases the customer may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. In such cases Natural CBD Plus has instituted a returns policy in which we can offer a refund or exchange for products. A customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of recipe of product.The e-mail must include:

3. Reason for Return
4. Exchange Request ( For Exchanges Only)
5. Return to Address
6. Name and Contact Number
7. Photos or Any Additional Comments If Necessary
Please note All Items being Returned are Subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee. Oils and Inhalants are not subject for refunds only exchanges.
An RIA (Returns Items Authorization) along with return label will be given within 10 business days upon receiving product back to our facilities. Customer has 5 business days to notify email@example.com with tracking number along with RIA# for products in transit back to our facilities
Please Allow 10 but no more than 15 days to verify product and return the funds to customers or ship replacement products for exchanges. Funds can be returned via check,ACH,or credit card. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return payments.
DISCLAIMER: We at Natural CBD Plus hold the right to reject any refund request:
1. In Cases of Warranties covered by the Original manufacturer. In such cases please contact the manufacturer directly.
2.Received after 72 hours of recipe of product.
3. Of any Authorized Return not shipped after 5 days of return label recipe
4. In which products are returned damaged. Not relating to seller packaging or delivery damage via courier.
5. If products have been altered or tampered not relating to seller packaging or delivery damage via courier.
6. Any fraudulent alteration of product(s) deemed not the responsibility of seller, 3rd party fulfilment center, delivery and/or freight-forwarding service
7. All products MUST be returned in all in original packaging. No Exceptions.In about mentioned cases we at Natural CBD plus will describe in detail all findings in which why we cannot approve a refund or exchange based upon discovery and inspection of returned product.
